Jays 1st Class are a medium sized business located in the heart of Flintshire, we are within a 15 minute drive from all areas of Flintshire. We are a licensed private hire/taxi operator with Flintshire County Council. Being licensed we have to operate to strict regulations regarding drivers, vehicles and record keeping.
In October 2015 we were granted a international PSV operators license which allows us to operate multiple 16 seat minibuses. They will be used to transport passengers to and from the airport and for days and nights out, this makes us more flexible than most companies when it comes to larger groups traveling together.
